GriefShare is a national grief support program that implements video lessons and testimonials, journaling exercises and a support group component, while incorporating faith into the curriculum. The GriefShare program is held in person and is hosted at Michael’s Place and sponsored by East Bay Calvary Church

GriefShare is a weekly curriculum-driven program that incorporates three key components:

Video Seminar. Encouraging, information-packed videos featuring grief recovery experts
Support Group. Small group discussion about the weekly video content
Workbook. Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics

*It is not required to attend all 13 sessions and you can begin at any point throughout the series.
